Today I worked on a project that involves wood being shaped into a circle. Here are the lessons that I learned.
1: It does not matter how many times you do the math. You will be wrong.
2: Trees do not grow in circles, and even after death they would rather not be in the shape of a circle.
3: You need more time. Doesn’t matter how much time you set apart for the task. You will need more.
.
I now have so much more respect for the hobbit carpenters.
