I started a big painting today. The thing about starting art is that you never know if you did a good job or a bad job until the next day. I have had paintings that I thought started great but after a nights sleep I have found them to bad paintings. I’ve had other paintings that I struggled with but after putting it in a corner for weeks and forgetting about them they somehow become great starts? This painting was a struggle to start so I have high hopes.
