Abby saw them from across the room, they where tall, dark, and looked like a treat. I could be jealous, I could get mad or feel insecure. I mean how could I compete? The answer is, I cannot. All I can do is get out of the way. French fries are fickle companions,their love is momentary. But don’t worry Abby, if they abandon you again and leave you wanting, I will always be here, waiting for you with open arms.

It’s 8 years today that Abby and I went on our first date. Abby and I have a few special days and places that we have set apart to celebrate us. Celebrating us is fun, sometimes it’s eating at an awesome restaurant, sometimes its a bike ride on an awesome trail. Don’t forget to celebrate your relationships. Relationships are meant to be celebrated not just lived in.
