I love playing video games. For a long time I stayed away from them thinking they were a complete waste of time, now I look forward to hanging out with my family and playing.

I have learned that playing is important. It is just as important as work and rest. Play invites us to use our skills in new ways, to be resourceful, and to engage with others. If all communication in you life feels like it is on the extreme ends of the spectrum “productive to stale” then I invite you to start making time to play. “Waste some time” and play for a little bit. I think that you just might find something.
