Why am I working on a large turkey a week and a half after Christmas? Better question, can I fit another smaller turkey inside this monster of a turkey?

This is a turkey that was harvested by my sister in-law. I used to wake up to its “gobble gobble gobble” every morning. Seeing the circle of life in such a close and personal way has increased my gratitude for the earth around me and for all the things God has granted us in this life.
