I finished a backgammon board that I have been working on very slowly over the past year. It always feels nice to finish a project. This project used up the rest of a load of walnut that Abby and I bought a year ago to build a table. After a few extra projects I had just enough scrap to make a new backgammon board. whenever I finish something I wish I could start it over with the knowledge I gained from making the thing the first time.
